Day 01: Hanoi – Arrival
Welcome to Vietnam! Ours guide will meet you at Noi Bai International Airport and transfer you to your hotel. Check-in usually starts at 14:00; if you wish to check in earlier, please reach out to your travel consultant. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure-explore Hanoi’s vibrant street food scene or relax and prepare for tomorrow’s adventures.
Day 02: Hanoi City Tour
8:00: Meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a tour of Hanoi’s top historical sites. Start with the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, and continue to the One Pillar Pagoda, known for its unique lotus design. Next, visit Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, where you’ll learn about President Ho Chi Minh’s role in Vietnamese history. Note that the Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays and undergoes renovations from June to August.
After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Museum of Ethnology to discover the diverse cultures of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. Your guide will bid you farewell around 16:30. Optional evening activity: join a Hanoi Cyclo and Water Puppet Show with dinner for a memorable experience.
Day 03: Quang Phu Cau Incense Village – Bich Dong Pagoda – Tam Coc
08:00: After breakfast and check-out, head to Quang Phu Cau Incense Village. Discover the traditional incense-making process and interact with locals. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before traveling to Ninh Binh. Visit Bich Dong Pagoda, known for its scenic beauty and folklore.
In the afternoon, take a sampan ride through Tam Coc, marveling at lush landscapes and limestone caves. Return to your hotel in Ninh Binh for a relaxing evening and dinner on your own.
Day 04: Mua Cave – Trang An
Start your day with a hearty breakfast and prepare for a visit to Mua Cave, famous for its panoramic views from the mountaintop. After climbing Ngoa Long Mountain, enjoy a rewarding lunch at a local restaurant. Then, head to Trang An Grottoes for a sampan cruise through scenic caves and temples, including Lam Cave and Vang Cave. Return to your hotel for a restful night before your upcoming cruise.
Day 05: Ninh Binh – Halong Bay Cruise
After breakfast and check-out, a luxury bus will take you to Halong Bay. At the cruise lounge, you’ll be greeted by the staff and transferred to your cruise ship. Board around 12:15, enjoy a welcome drink, and check into your cabin.
Lunch will be served as you cruise through stunning limestone formations. Engage in water activities, including island climbing, caving, and kayaking. Attend a cooking class or enjoy a cocktail during Happy Hour. A deluxe dinner will follow, with evening entertainment including squid fishing, movies, and games.
Day 06: Return Cruise to Hanoi
Around 6:00: Join a Tai Chi class or relax before breakfast. Spend the morning exploring a fishing village or enjoying water activities. Return to the cruise for brunch, then check out between 10:00 and 10:30. Transfer to the port, bid farewell to the crew, and arrive in Hanoi around 15h00. Check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 07: Hanoi – Departure
